Persian Peroid The grace of Egypt is again over. And a lot of there sciences get lost, like reading and writing hieroglyphs. There was a little temple with priests, that stil knew how to read and write hieroglyphs. But they where all killed. Memphis was once again the capital of Egypt, but the Amon-priests had great power in Theben. Persian invaders conquered Egypt in 525 BC. and Kambyses became the next pharaoh of the 27. dynasty. The persian ruled Egypt until Alexander the Great conquered Egypt in 332 BC. |
